Modifiable Lifestyle Factors: Diet

Australian experts have teamed up with MS Research Australia to build an evidence-based lifestyle guide to help people living with the chronic neurological condition multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their disease outcomes by making changes to daily habits.

In this series we take a closer look at nine lifestyle areas and how they may impact those living with MS.

On this episode, Dr Lucinda Black discusses the benefits of people with MS following a healthy and balanced diet that includes a wide variety of nutritious foods, rather than excluding any food groups.
